My overall experience with Motive ended pretty horribly but had the opportunity to make some good money while the leadership was still intact. My experience at motive was great due to the work environment, everyone was so helpful and friendly and always try to bring the best in others, The only drawback at motive was there was no job security other than that it was a great company.
