The technology is rock solid, ignore nay sayers or SQL evangelists. There is a genuine demand for MongoDB Atlas in the market. Having said that, the consumption model is difficult to forecast, difficult to make money out as commissions are delayed. Viable and strong product in the DB market, TAM is huge, and earning potential is enormous, but with the recent changes in comp plan and territory reshuffling, is getting more challenging than before, nonetheless, if you're technically inclined, this is a great org to be. Pains are similar to any growing companies
