It's been the hardest working role I've had for the least amount of money. I'd stay clear. Consumption model means it takes the same amount of time to close a new project but then you have to wait 6-12 months before you see any money from that project after you won the deal. It's infuriating

Massive changes to 2023 compensation plans have largely eliminated ability to W2 $1m+. Changes were done with limited notice and many teams caught flat footed.
