Current Employee Mongos leadership are the problem. Great product market fit. Customers love it. Leaders can’t help themselves. Mess with reps roles & commissions - I got promoted and lost out on $50k of commission I was about to receive because in accepting my new comp plan I unknowingly forfeit the $50k on the previous comp plan. That was a tough pill to swollen and leadership weren’t empathetic about my frustration that I got screwed out of $50k. The attitude was “get over it”.
