Consumption model means it takes the same amount of time to close a new project but then you have to wait 6-12 months before you see any money from that project after you won the deal. It's infuriating

At MongoDB you will massively improve your "science of selling" based on MEDDIC and the MongoDB sales process. MongoDB obviously have no commission cap but great equity plans which increase over time and overachievement.
