MongoDB is a great company if you want to learn a play book and bring your sales skills to the next level. At MongoDB you will massively improve your "science of selling" based on MEDDIC and the MongoDB sales process. MongoDB obviously have no commission cap but great equity plans which increase over time and overachievement.

Mongo is a great place to work as a sales pro. If you buy in to the process and pg culture, you're going to learn and earn a lot and set yourself up for larger opportunities in your career.
