If you want to learn how to be a phenomenal seller- MongoDB is the place. This is not an easy job by any means but there is an opportunity to make big money + have a flexible work life balance. I enjoy working at MongoDB. The base is a little below the industry standard, but I feel confident in my ability to hit and exceed quota, and am incentivized to do so because of earning potential.
