The product is good but it’s always an uphill battle dealing with old sentiment regarding the capabilities and compliance standards. Some SQL technologies are good, and that’s alright. Understanding product fit and your customer is essential to success here.

Great sales organization. MongoDB has the best sales org I’ve ever worked for. I’m consistently learning how to get better, I’m surrounded by excellent sales people who are driven and creative. Earnings and upside are as high as any org I’ve ever worked for.
