Do not join if you are in sales. They are great at directly lying to new Salesrep propects around the sales opportunities that exist when they have little to no clue of their full pipeline. They hired several new reps almost 2 years ago and out of 12 reps, 6 either left or were let go with only 1 hitting quota. The only sales being made are false promises and illusions of change which leadership never delivers on. You WILL NOT hit quota here regardless of what they or the recruiter inform you of.

This is the worst Sales culture I have ever worked in. The only Sales Reps making any money are those selling "SaaS Conversions" to existing customers. New logo positions have been a revolving door because it is impossible to be successful. The CRO is an egotistical jerk who belittles the team.
