This is the worst Sales culture I have ever worked in. The only Sales Reps making any money are those selling "SaaS Conversions" to existing customers. New logo positions have been a revolving door because it is impossible to be successful. The CRO is an egotistical jerk who belittles the team.

My overall experience was mixed. A lot of potential, but also a lot of unfulfilled promises. Great customers and people to work with, but lack of strong execution led to frustration

Model N see salespeople as interchangeable widgets. They increase quotas, reduce territories, overhire sales reps, and fully expect a large amount of turnover. Management believes they are the talent, not the individual contributors.
