Former Employee3.6Apr 12, 2024Lots of earning potential. Limited enablement. HARD product to sell but has fit.
Former Employee1.6Aug 31, 2023This is the worst Sales culture I have ever worked in. The only Sales Reps making any money are those selling "SaaS Conversions" to existing customers. New logo positions have been a revolving door because it is impossible to be successful. The CRO is an egotistical jerk who belittles the team.

Former Employee3.0Jun 11, 2024Model N see salespeople as interchangeable widgets. They increase quotas, reduce territories, overhire sales reps, and fully expect a large amount of turnover. Management believes they are the talent, not the individual contributors.
