Great product, great product market fit. Difficult to "sell ahead" in enterprise/strat - ie: customers only buy what they are using, typically.

Unfortunately, Miro's solution is becoming commoditised. Reps are not hitting targets and GTM leadership has no idea what they're doing.

Tough times with competitors and market fit. They have a good vision to turn around however it will take a lot of time to get over the current plateau.
