Unfortunately, Miro's solution is becoming commoditised. Reps are not hitting targets and GTM leadership has no idea what they're doing.

overall a solid place to work. miro is set up for PLG success, but given we're running out of self serve customers to convert, the sales org is struggling to shift to a colder sales motion
