Good company if you're getting started in sales however the organization is crumbling from within due to significant culture and leadership issues, overworked and burnt-out employees and poor compensation structure.

Lots of micromanagement, quotas are hard to hit these days, pay is not great, so many internal meetings, expectations are very high. The office is very nice, free lunch, the people you work with are super cool, everyone is smart and hardworking.
