Great company and exciting times with all that's being done in AI but also confusing times. I think culturally senior leadership is strong and has the correct values but as you move down the line not enough leaders embrace and live those values. Lots of resources for employees to better themselves personally and professionally. Mobility is also cloudy. I'm optimistic about the future with Microsoft but concerned about the near term if that makes sense.
