Overall MSFT was a good experience. The there isn't a great sales culture as there is a lot of red tape on deals. They stick to a dozen or so sales plays and if you're solution isn't within a key sales play, its difficult to get focus with the ATU

No1 company in GTM. Culture and diversity depending on where you are based. If you get assigned to the wrong manager you have no future.

For context, this review reflects a Modern Work Digital Enterprise Sales role, not a Modern Work Specialist role which has much higher earning potential (base + commission).

The org was restructured and I was apart of the RIF. Overall I enjoyed my time there just wrong role at the wrong time. Would go back to Microsoft but in the SMC/ Enterprise space.
