However, in Ireland, many people are dissatisfied with the cost of living in Dublin compared to the compensation they receive from Microsoft. I believe this concern is unfounded. For two main reasons: 1. Many of these individuals are in junior roles and have higher compensation expectations. 2. Additionally, many of them migrated to Ireland for a job at Microsoft. And did do thorough research into the cost of living in Dublin, Ireland before accepting their roles and compensation packages.
