Culture is going down hill, comp is going down hill and sales enablement is non-existent. Still stable and good for comp.

Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce). Amazing breadth of product and pace of innovation. Not very desirable comp plan (for sellers) and room for improvement with local management and culture.
