The earnings potential beyond OTE was great. Benefits were great. Ran into more people that over-promised and under-delivered than most other companies. Lots of rest-and-vest mentality.

Solid company leading the AI wave. Loads of internal resources to leverage and people to network with. Internally it can be overwhelming and the onboarding is a disaster. You get dropped in an ocean and expected to float and find your way to land. Great collaboration though and not too much pressure in sales.
