Culture seems fun at first (lots of drinking, partying, young people) but they harass and berate their employees on the daily. The metrics are unattainable unless you work 70+ hour weeks and even then they’ll still be micromanaging you and saying you need to work harder. Overall experience was positive, which probably has to do with being a top-performer. That said, the people were great and go on to be to stellar AEs elsewhere. It was a grind. It was fun. I see Meltwater gets a bad wrap but at least a little undeservingly. Great place to start your sales career
