Most people who work here are bright and willing to collaborate. Started to feel political since going private at the end of 2021.

After Thoma Bravo acquired Medallia, things went downhill as a company. My manager was amazing and the people were good but many short sighted decisions were made and it’s damaged the culture and Medallia’s ability to grow.
