My overall experience is good. As an inside rep it is treated as an entry level role and the positions right above it are very coveted and competitive to get into. The people in those roles are there for 10+ years. Good company, but wish there were better pathways.

It all depends on which division you are in or can be promoted to. at McKesson. It can be a great company if you end up in the right place.
