Leadership is questionable, high attrition and unrealistic goals with the worst comp plans I've seen in the Enterprise segment.

My overall experience was very bad. I felt like the team was a tight-knit Manchester crew and you had to be a football fan and of Western/Nordic origin to fit in, also lots of politics in the background.
