Leadership is questionable, high attrition and unrealistic goals with the worst comp plans I've seen in the Enterprise segment.

Unfortunately my experience at Matillion was all too similar of that at many other tech companies these days. Multiple layoffs, poor repeatability on the GTM side, limited development opportunities and flux within the executive leadership

Strong product and some great leaders and sales team members but entire GTM function shot through with issues leading to constant and considerable turnover. Hopefully they address some of the more foundational problems ahead of any future stages of growth.

Product is a challenge to sell as we transition from a legacy offering to a new offering. Reps are advocated for well by management, but it seems management is not getting through to Executives. Comp plans are not motivating, goals are unreasonable.
