My overall experience was very bad. I felt like the team was a tight-knit Manchester crew and you had to be a football fan and of Western/Nordic origin to fit in, also lots of politics in the background. Ex-colleagues from Splunk joined the company and weren't happy either and left after a year. To be fair, it might work out better for you, but to my friends who asked me I did not and will not ever recommend based on my experience. Many promises were made that didn't transpire, like options, medical etc no professional development etc etc. IF you don't perform they might let you go at short notice, so have a plan B! Good luck!

Great place to work, great culture, great experience. The product is has a specific fit, which is a strength - just need to focus resources on the orgs that will be the best customers, get out of bidding wars with competitors.
