An appalling Mike Lynch shop - constant dealings in bad faith with employees and customers Product doesn’t operate as advertised, constant technical shortfall and hugely toxic culture. Far below market base pay (some reps on less than £30k gbp) - half commission is deferred by a year and if you leave or are fired they will not pay your remaining comms. Avoid at all costs.

My overall experience was that they took graduates and created a toxic environment, all achievements were meets expectations and even the smallest loss was magnified way out of proportion.
