An appalling Mike Lynch shop - constant dealings in bad faith with employees and customers Product doesn’t operate as advertised, constant technical shortfall and hugely toxic culture. Far below market base pay (some reps on less than £30k gbp) - half commission is deferred by a year and if you leave or are fired they will not pay your remaining comms. Avoid at all costs.

Pros - The product is pretty incredible compared to industry competitors. They created a solution that clearly meets the needs corporate legal teams face - AI adoption is still early within legal so plenty of opportunity to sell into large orgs - very clear sales process/methodology Cons - you will be told this is a hybrid role.
