Former Employee2.0Apr 10, 2024not great, toxic old school sales environment. Atmosphere was competitive but in a negative way. AEs pitched against each other. Basically nobody was hitting target except 1 or 2 reps (out of 30+) Junior AEs given targets of $100,000 but base salary was way way way below industry standard.
