not a great experience, poor leadership. Terrible tech stack (proprietary CRM). Unrealistic targets and toxic culture. WFH was an earned right based on performance and the OTE that was advertised did not match the targets set. In the last 2 months 40% of the sales team have quit out of frustration. If they paid more and micromanaged less and invested in the basic tools to do our job they would benefit greatly.

An appalling Mike Lynch shop - constant dealings in bad faith with employees and customers Product doesn’t operate as advertised, constant technical shortfall and hugely toxic culture.
