Current Employee Pros
- The product is pretty incredible compared to industry competitors. They created a solution that clearly meets the needs corporate legal teams face
- AI adoption is still early within legal so plenty of opportunity to sell into large orgs
- very clear sales process/methodology
Cons
- you will be told this is a hybrid role. This is half true. This is an onsite role. If you manage to hit your numbers after several months of being onsite, you will be given the opportunity to WFH two days per week. If you miss your numbers however, you will be asked to return to office full time until your quota is met
- you will be told that there are too many inbound leads to go around and not enough sales reps to work them. This is also a half truth. There are quite a bit of inbounds, but the vast majority are unqualified and not a good fit. Qualified leads are reserved for specific reps who have been there for some time
- Being a UK company, Luminance has a very different market presence in the US than it does in the UK. Most US reps aren't hitting quota Browse Other Reviews
