Overall it is positive but they're struggling given the economic conditions. While it's a fantastic product, it's not sales led motion. Definitely PLG motion and organic growth.

Lucid has good work/life balance and colleagues are fantastic. That said, selling the product is becoming more challenging - the industry is more commoditized and most are struggling to initiate interesting conversations. Sr Leadership/C-Suite are good people but lack vision and execution.

Great org for the most part, very family oriented so if you want a work life balance they are good at providing it, however hay days are gone and may not come back anytime soon. ONly time will tell if the visual collaboration market is here to stay for the longterm.
