In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors. Lucid was an amazing company with a perfect market fit during the pandemic but like so many other tech companies, they thought 50% YOY growth was sustainable long term.
