That said, selling the product is becoming more challenging - the industry is more commoditized and most are struggling to initiate interesting conversations. Sr Leadership/C-Suite are good people but lack vision and execution.

Current Employee2.4Mar 28, 2024Can't say how it is to work in the HQ, but as an employee in one of their EMEA office, the only people I would suggest moving to Lucid would be SDRs/BDRs looking to get into an SMB AE role. You get lots of practice closing a lot of small opportunities. Stay for 2, max 3 years, and then head. Otherwise, I wouldn't apply. It's a nice-to-have and non-strategic tool...Read More
