Really good culture. Recent market saturation and overhiring made it tough to hit quota. But things have stabilized it seems.

Two years ago, Lucid was the place to work. People were successful because most companies were wanting to buy and 95% of big deals were purely discounts for companies willing to buy ahead. Below average comp structure. In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors.
