Really good culture. Recent market saturation and overhiring made it tough to hit quota. But things have stabilized it seems.

Despite initial success, Lucid lacks a clear vision for go to market, relying heavily on a product that “sells itself” without fostering innovation. Lots of favoritism and micromanagement. 5% of sales reps hit and layoffs are coming again.
