You used to be able to make a lot of money here but they changed the comp structure. SMBs used to have 150k OTE now its like 95k. Aside from that the leadership is amazing. Definitely full of amazing characters that are genuine and passionate. They definitely care about each and every person and want the best for everyone. Recent economy has definitely been a part of the comp change but the leadership has remained solid

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. I was able to close a very large deal which made my year, however, the territory assigned was dried up. There was not much opportunity which is why I left after a year and a half. Zoom at the time was up and coming and eating our lunch.
