Outstanding culture and career for many years until leadership changes in late 2023. Sales plummeted after months of elementary level training, rerouting of all leads to underpaid employees, high focus on KPIs without correct reporting, and toxic environment created from VP Sales.

Org is in utter disarray. No one person has hit quota all year. Look else where - private equity firm is running this company into the ground.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. I was able to close a very large deal which made my year, however, the territory assigned was dried up. There was not much opportunity which is why I left after a year and a half. Zoom at the time was up and coming and eating our lunch.
