Absolutely abhorrent workplace. LVT is a masterclass in screwing reps out of decent earnings and neglecting their employees. They were in hyper growth mode and things changed so fast that we couldn’t ever get anything going because they’d adjust territories and verticals. Accounts changed every couple weeks. When I left, I thanked the owners for the opportunity and they understood why I left and told me that it was their fault for not being ready for the role they hired me for.
