LVT has a great Product Market fit and that's about it. Very unfriendly to sales and the quotas and sales compensation are a clear indication of how amateur the Exec team is here. LVT will continue to have success due to high crime rates in the US, but is full of Product team members who don't know how to build a scalable business. There are a bunch of nice...Read More

Company went through massive growth from 2020-2022 due to factors in the country that drove up demand for product. Growth has stalled since but expectations haven't resulting in over hiring, underperformance, and lots of turnover
