LVT has a great Product Market fit and that's about it. Very unfriendly to sales and the quotas and sales compensation are a clear indication of how amateur the Exec team is here. LVT will continue to have success due to high crime rates in the US, but is full of Product team members who don't know how to build a scalable business. There are a bunch of nice people, so that's a plus. By no means an "A" team.

Not an organization for a top sales performer. Leadership has cut sales commission by 70% from what it was 3 years ago.

They were in hyper growth mode and things changed so fast that we couldn’t ever get anything going because they’d adjust territories and verticals. Accounts changed every couple weeks. When I left, I thanked the owners for the opportunity and they understood why I left and told me that it was their fault for not being ready for the role they hired me for.
