Absolutely abhorrent workplace. LVT is a masterclass in screwing reps out of decent earnings and neglecting their employees. They preach “do right,” but consistently do wrong by their people, treating them like garbage. Quotas have changed three times this year alone—three times! They were in hyper growth mode and things changed so fast that we couldn’t ever get anything going because they’d adjust territories and verticals. Accounts changed every couple weeks. When I left, I thanked the owners for the opportunity and they understood why I left and told me that it was their fault for not being ready for the role they hired me for.

It was very difficult to attain quota. They are set extremely high and very few will actually hit or even come close
