Quotas have changed three times this year alone—three times! Add to that the massive cuts in commissions, and it's clear they’re deliberately making it harder for reps to meet quotas and earn a living.
Stock options? Forget it. The greedy owners won’t let employees unlock any new options after being hired. You might get some stock options initially, but you’re never given a chance to earn more.
New CRO has ruined culture and caused many reps to leave. He continually mocks and attacks employees with ZERO accountability from HR or higher leadership.
Promotion from within? Don’t even think about it. LVT always hires from outside before considering their current employees. If you’re looking for career growth and progression, look elsewhere—this place isn’t it.
Bottom line: if you’re considering employment at LVT, stay far away. It might look appealing from the outside, but inside it’s a complete disaster run by egotistical, greedy people.
