Upper leadership was extremely poor, especially at the top. C-suite has family ties and family/friends hired throughout the company leading to a lot of favoritism. A lot of the leaders I respected were pushed out, ignored, or quit. As a rep I wouldn't recommend LVT. Don't provide resources for prospecting and sales enablement. The one benefit is it is very autonomous, but you also won't get any manager support/input. Most reps are good people, but overall a poor environment.

LVT creates high value from SMB to Enterprise and Strategic organizations. Tons of growth opportunities and they care about employee well being.

Great product market fit. Encouraged to get in front of customer. Free pilot program. All great. Commission structure, and payout process are way out of whack. Leadership is a bit of a mess.
