LVT is searching for ways to continue tremendous ARR growth. Marketing efforts were fantastic but long-term vision is lacking. Primary focus is on IPO/acquisition. CEO wants people in office!

It was very difficult to attain quota. They are set extremely high and very few will actually hit or even come close

Phenomenal product with some slight catching up to do. Commission is pretty standard but with changes to quota and accelerators being attainable, great place to be

Upper leadership was extremely poor, especially at the top. C-suite has family ties and family/friends hired throughout the company leading to a lot of favoritism. A lot of the leaders I respected were pushed out, ignored, or quit. As a rep I wouldn't recommend LVT. Don't provide resources for prospecting and sales enablement.
