Not an organization for a top sales performer. Leadership has cut sales commission by 70% from what it was 3 years ago.

Upper leadership was extremely poor, especially at the top. C-suite has family ties and family/friends hired throughout the company leading to a lot of favoritism. A lot of the leaders I respected were pushed out, ignored, or quit. As a rep I wouldn't recommend LVT. Don't provide resources for prospecting and sales enablement. Absolutely abhorrent workplace. LVT is a masterclass in screwing reps out of decent earnings and neglecting their employees. They preach “do right,” but consistently do wrong by their people, treating them like garbage. Quotas have changed three times this year alone—three times!
