Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I think LVT has overcorrected in the wrong direction with compensation and territory in sales in 2023. In earlier years there was great money to me made but now it feels that the company is more greedy and are just wanting to cram in ARR at any cost so they can exit ASAP and cash out. It feels like the culture has fallen to toxic sales behaviors as there is the "every man for himself" feel.
There are still great team players and a few amazing sales leaders but it is increasingly rare. Also internal promotion has ground to a halt in 2023. More and more it feels there is a carrot dangled in front that you can never reach.
