LVT’s recent hiring of our current CRI will go down as the worst decision in the history of the company. While the structure that the CRO bings has been great, the toxicity that he brings has not. We have been informed that the CRO is looking for someone he can “Sh*** in the head, and drag them across the floor” as an example to the team. The CRO is know to call our sales leaders “F****** Re******” and treat people with the utmost disrespect. The fact that the behavior hasn’t changed is baffling. It hard to believe that if it was any other employee that they wouldn’t have been fired immediately. LVT has the best product market fit I’ve ever seen. The mission that LVT is on is so important. It’s honestly sad to see it tainted by a few bad hires.

Absolutely abhorrent workplace. LVT is a masterclass in screwing reps out of decent earnings and neglecting their employees. They preach “do right,” but consistently do wrong by their people, treating them like garbage. Quotas have changed three times this year alone—three times!
