Organization has raised standards across the teams which intern has seen an increase in reps hitting target. Vertical alignment has also help with improving industry knowledge and product fit.

Overall good product and customers. The leadership and middle management are lacking, with no focus on coaching or career development. Very cold environment. Decisions are made with a short-sighted approach, disregarding the impact these changes have on employees.
