Worst culture I’ve ever experienced. The CEO despises Sales org and is a founder (former Netsuite developer and engineer) who keeps the company in a chokehold. Fired anyone on a whim— they’ve been without a CRO for almost a year and the solution was to have the CMO do both jobs. Sales leaders kept quitting so they moved the CS leadership to manage sales. Product was great for Ecommerce companies. Poor sales leadership and their compensation plans didn't reflect and match the goals of the company.
