Great SE team with brilliant engineers. The company has been going through a "puberty stage" where they are figuring out who they are. Compensation is incredibly low compared to industry standards, but base pay is of a higher percentage than other organizations. This organization needs help. Management was not a good fit. They have multiple products and they don't truly know what product is important. Sales is expected to know all products backwards and forwards yet their SE's don't. They hire advising it's not a technical position yet it is and then they find fault if you aren't hitting quota.
