It was the worst company I have ever experienced.Product needs are low, there is no special competitive edge, and managers are focused only on coercing their subordinates.The top management of the company pretends not to see that this is not a problem that can be solved with small steps and blames it on laziness in the field.I have no faith in the future.

This company is a shit show. They change company ICP, processes, and approach more than any place I've ever been. Have close to no inbound leads and the reps are asked to be CSMs and do implementations on top of carrying a quota with no resources to help.
