Terrible, the management was a messed. The CEO definitely doesn’t know how to run a company, no clear direction. Always change strategy in 3 months and if it’s not working then they will lay off employees to save money.

My overall experience was good. Aiven is a startup with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The base pay and incentive plan was solid. Unfortunately, the company underwent a "reduction in force' whereas my role was impacted.

It was the worst company I have ever experienced.Product needs are low, there is no special competitive edge, and managers are focused only on coercing their subordinates.The top management of the company pretends not to see that this is not a problem that can be solved with small steps and blames it on laziness in the field.I have no faith in the future.
