It was the worst company I have ever experienced.Product needs are low, there is no special competitive edge, and managers are focused only on coercing their subordinates.The top management of the company pretends not to see that this is not a problem that can be solved with small steps and blames it on laziness in the field.I have no faith in the future.

The only issue I have is with how some of the management can be. In some cases they will have very conflicting/contradicting opinions when looking at the data. KPI's matter much more then hitting or over attaining your number.

I found the sales organisation to be riddled with numerous contradictions. Cold calling is certainly important, but I thought it was a major problem that it was the only way to generate new business.
