The product is good, and there's a good team in place. However leadership is extremely toxic, and nepotism is rampant. It's more about who you know, than what you do.

Terrible. Horrendous go-to-market strategy. Mediocre product priced three times higher than rest of the market. No training. Feckless leadership.
